REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Package: C-EMP-17 “Changes Monitoring and Guiding to Fish Breeding and Fishing”, Trung Son Hydropower Project
The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development – IBRD (World Bank) toward the cost of Trung Son Hydropower Project. Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited (TSHPCo) intends to apply part of the proceeds to payment for eligible costs of the consultant services under this package.
The objectives of the consultant services under this package are: to design and implement a rigorous survey and to monitor the status and functioning of fish population and fisheries in the Ma River during the project implementation and operation leading to a detailed assessment of the likely impacts of Trung Son hydropower plant and associated mitigations measures.
Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited now invites national and international consulting firms with relevant qualification and experience to submit Expression of Interest (EoI) in providing the consultant services under this package. EoI shall include the following main information: Letter of EoI, introduction of the Consultant, summary of similar experience and contracts.
Consultant selection method: Selection Based on Consultant’s Qualifications (CQS),
EoI shall be in Vietnamese or English and made into 03 copies in which 01 is original and 02 are duplicates.
Deadline for submission of EoI is 17h00 (Vietnam time), August 8, 2013. EoI shall be delivered to :
