Project's Finance
Total investment for the project is VND7,775,146 million, equivalent to $410.68 million. This includes a $330 million loan from the World Bank payable with a 27 year maturity and a grace period of 6 years, and $80.68 million counterpart funding from Vietnam Electricity (EVN)
