Complaints and grievances
One of the prominent differences of TSHP is the Transparency and Openness. TSHPCo pays special attention to hearing and settlement of complaints and grievances from people as well as bidders. A detailed plan has been made to ensure that all complaints and grievances related to the project will be promptly settled. Complaint and grievance procedures related to procurement and relocation, resettlement are posted in the tab Complaints and grievances in the website of Trung Son http://www.trungsonhp.vn. Complaints and grievances of people and agencies, as well as the settlement process are also posted and updated publicly in this website for people’s tracking. The settlement of complaints and grievances will only close when the complainant is satistified.
