INTRODUCTION
In proposing these standards for TSHPCo’s consideration, consideration has been given to the disclosure requirements, prohibitions and/or recommendations of the following document:
- Bidding Law, 2005
- Anti-Corruption Law, 2005
- MPI Disclosure Standards as recommended in the Aligned Monitoring Tool (the implementation status of which is not known)
- The preliminary results of the Vietnam pilot for the Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST)
- World Bank Guidelines on Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, 2004
- World Bank Guidelines on Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, 2004
